Turn into a Star

Staring at the stars every night
I wonder why they shine so bright

Lost in the darkness of this universe
Still together to face every perverse

Spreading light with a symbol of unity
This garland of sky is glittering beauty

They appear to show mysterious shapes
  Predicting future before time escapes

  A fish, a bull, a scorpion or a dragon
Or sometimes someone driving a wagon

  Part of very ancient discoveries
  Reasons for many childhood fantasies

They are known to direct our destiny
Rulers of time, health and money

They are so many, countless to confuse
One that brings me luck, I want to choose

But I never know which ones are nice
As they stay hidden to always surprise

I make a wish when I see them falling
The burning tail is the end of sparkling

And wait for my fortune to rise so far
Till one day I turn into a star

He will be back again

To rule the world in brown
One day to wear the crown

With wisdom so profound
And feets on the ground

Time will bend to confess
When he will begin to profess

Words, replacing the swords
Tunes turning in chords

A dream coming alive
New reason to survive

On the path of creator
A visionery and a protector

Rising in every new way
To fight against doomsday

He will be back again
To end the world's pain

And write the future's history
Describing deeds of his glory

Everyday Journey

Screaming with speed , rolling on the tracks
When train takes motion carrying mobs in packs

Lifeline of this city, running to and fro
Is meeting place of many, waiting in row

Sometimes twelve and sometimes nine
Pushing and shouting, till things end fine

Swinging and standing , talking or sleeping
Moving in and out , travelers are rushing

Zone of people whose day begin in hurry
Friends together discuss every common worry

Many faces everyday, some familiar but unknown
Journey stops at night, starting from the dawn

On single route its runs, consistently working
Like a constant in life, this journey is serving

Nine Nights...

Once in a year comes dancing season
Reminding us about our oldest tradition

Stretching our legs & arms
Regrouping with smiles & charms

In praise of goddess of power
Praying to fulfill our desire

With every name she transforms
And is worshipped in nine forms

Full of knowledge & prosperity
She is a symbol of divinity

Ruler of universe, daughter of mountain
Known as mother, riding on a lion

Eight hands holding her weapons
Mere sight invites death for demons

Take her name with a big roar
Let faith persist & life will soar

Beach Blues Bless

Early morning while walking on the beach
On the dry shore where waves don't reach

Countless on the sand are lazing little shells
Spread in different colours like ocean's jewels

I see a little boy playing in wet sand
Carving his dreams with his tiny hand

A couple very old , moving in their mood
Smiling moments of life, looking so good

Fighting deep in sea as fisherman takes a twist
Flock of birds appear waiting for the feast

On line of horizon when clouds come together
Tides get slower as moon decides to disappear

Playing, running, laughing and listening
Every day begins with breathing & sweating

First rays of sun falls on me to bless
And wings of breeze pulls away my stress

Real Mahatma

A simple man with a stick in hand
Leaded with vision that made us stand

There was no weapon that ever worked
Against power of truth that he favoured

With stronger determination he fought
His words inspired the waves of thought

The journey of his life was so brighter
We bow our heads to this fearless fighter

Every letter that the great man had wrote
Are collections of knowledge like a wise quote

For road to freedom without violence he finds
The great patriot still survives in our minds
