Running with Rising Sun !!

Some thoughts to Ponder upon....
I often wonder many times while I listen to great bhagvad gita while running with rising sun !!

Nishkama Karma - A Work which is not connected or not attached to personal benefits, but when someone takes any such action he will be first person to be blamed or facing criticism.

Tough decisions will never have easy roads but need to be taken.

Sthithapragya - A Person who does not think about short term problems and hindrances , but plans & shapes for better future, all his actions are not for fulfilling short desires but to articulate a great design of society which will stay and behave positive and grow with healthy actions.

Above is sign of a great leader , but it seems many learned fail to understand this.

Sea is the best example of sthithapragya - It never crosses its boundary, all rivers which may have imbalance flow of water ( River - which is an example of a man whose desires are uncontrolled and imbalance) finally have to go an meet the sea which is calm.

Karmayogi - A person who lives a life of Sansari but is completely devoted in taking steps and fighting with problems for betterment of society , is also karma-sanyasi.

Well In India , for learning cricket we go to ex-cricketer who can be better coach, for loosing weight we refer to nutritionist or dietitian for food plan.

But than for problems of life , whom should we choose ??

One should always think that he is part of the society, the day he thinks he is the one to rule.....it is wrong way - the way to self-destruction.

MAHAVIRA in my mind !!

Lord Mahavira, is one of the strongest example of a person who mastered to control his mind & body to attain - NIRVANA at a very young age, Despite of his strong strength of penance & meditation he had to face many hardships and path was not easy. Probably many were inspired with his ideology including father of our nation, Mahatma Gandhi whose principles led the foundation of freedom of India.

One of the most interesting part of his life was a - ABHIGRAHA which are conditions to break 5 months of fasting

• Was a princess turned into a slave.
• Offered boiled un-split black beans from the corner of a winnowing basket.
• Whose legs were bound in chains.
• Served while standing with one foot on the threshold of the house and the other outside it.
• Had a shaven head.
• Who was a chaste woman, performing the penance of attham (three day fast).
• Should have smile as well as tears in her eyes while serving him

He decided that if he finds all conditions fulfilled then only he can accept alms and break his fast.

Today if we wonder what were the reasons of having such a difficult condition and try to interpret the reason and message it can be something like this

Was a princess turned into a slave - Means a person's birth can not define his destiny , it is his karma. Even if you are born rich in no matter of time you can turn into rags, life is all about your karma.Your karma will lead you to what you have to face.

Offered boiled un-split black beans from the corner of a winnowing basket. - Whatever you have received may have impurities , but whenever you give it should be pure. Winnowing basket play a role of cleaning, so your penance should be clean and should filter the impurities you receive.

Whose legs were bound in chains. - It represents that, We all are bounded in the world with various chains due to our Moha, this Moha will keep you bounded unless you find a path to get free of it.

Served while standing with one foot on the threshold of the house and the other outside it. - The lady was shackled in chains and was in the room, so she had to take a step out of her house to find the saint. One foot outside the threshold indicates the step towards knowledge and wisdom. Life is bounded by chains of Moha & karma, we have to take a step towards knowledge in-spite of our conditions. Without knowledge and wisdom it is difficult to be free from cycles of birth & death.

Had a shaven head. - The shaven head represents the loss of beauty, the beauty of body is temporary and we all will loose this beautiful body with time, even sometimes due to your beauty you may make enemies. So don't give your beauty encouragement , give encouragement to your soul.

Who was a chaste woman, performing the penance of attham (three day fast). - Fasting is the practice which strengthens mind, it also allows your body to adjust to nature even when it is not supportive, purity of body, mind & soul helps you to attain knowledge quickly, it lifts your state of mind and gives inner peace.

Should have smile as well as tears in her eyes while serving him - Smile is the indication of strength and positiveness, in spite of facing problems you should always try to accept them and greet them with smile. Tear in eyes represent compassion for others , your compassion and love for others will lift you out of all problems.

Raj Yoga/Gyan Yoga is mentioned in Bhagavat gita is the practice which also has similar foundations. 

TIME...Never Ending...

"I had no time", sometimes I say
But time had me to play 

As it passes in phases
New roads which it chooses

It walks with me but I never feel it
It is always with me but I never see it

From history of illusions
To dreams & inventions

From tracks of truths & fallacies unfold
From wars & revolutions with testimonies untold

Changing the rules & looking for reasons
Playing with nature & testing the seasons

Witness to changes but still unchanged

Appears to be framed but still unframed

With wall of will holding the fire
Time calculates every moment of desire

Woven into all new rope
Teaching us to live with hope.

JESUS in my mind !!

Crucification of Jesus might have a message of future time,  if we see today all of us is carrying part of Jesus in us. -

We all are wearing crown of thorns - Pressure and stress

We all are walking with our cross on the slope - cross of intersecting Duties & Responsibilities as time passes with age life is tougher and speed reduces.

Nailed to cross - we all are nailed with our duties and responsibilities,  with relations which cannot be broken with society, family, coworkers & nature,  those nails are pinching us.

Whipped & Mocked on the way - we all are looking for an opportunity to abuse, hit and hurt each other but in the process we are hurting each other. All of us are getting injured emotionally. Our own deeds is bringing more pain & grief to us but we keep blaming each other.

Spear & Water - inspite of so much pain pure water flowed from Jesus veins, so whatever pain we get but still we have to shower love because only love can heal the pain and misery of life.

One who hates is weaker, is suffering and has no control over self,  but one who loves is strong, is in control. No one is enemy,  we only have people who are suffering and people who love. So we have to love everyone even those who we see as enemies & care for them & pray for them.

RAM in my mind !!

RAM is not only the name it is a mantra of yoga
RAM & OHM are two mantras which can take you to the journey of spiritual tourism

Like we visit different places in the world to experience & admire creations of varied culture
Similarly when we read about other religions we come to know about other cultures. So why not go for spiritual tourism to have better understanding of what is truth behind various belief rather than being judgmental ?

We have  always known about the heroic acts of RAM , we have seen him more as a HERO rather than a god. But truth is that RAM also passed a stage which came in life of Buddha & Mahavira , a stage where he was not ready to accept the worldly pleasures & had moved towards Penance which has never been explained. RAM LEELA is always showing the same story which is being told from years to people but not explaining the compassion which RAM had developed during his meeting to his first GURU Vashistha.

Just imagine how we enjoy Superman & Spiderman today our older generations just heard about RAM. In today's world we should accept that without science we would have not been able to even visualize the looks of our god.

Let us completely understand what Hindu mythology says - JAY & VIJAY were 2 gatekeepers of VAIKUNTH & they blocked the roads of some rishis who desired to meet LORD VISHNU & also insulted them. It is the curse of them which was the reason of birth of RAVAANA & all other asuraas.

Today we say considering above mentioned fact, RAVAANA is born because

Bhakta (devotee) were stopped to meet their God (Aradhya)
Bhakta (devotee) was descriminated & insulted
Bhakta (devotee) went wild in agony & cursed.

Now same is applicable for all preachers of any religion, including hinduism. If we do this with any religion, we will see RAVAANA taking birth in the minds of preachers.

If RAM is to be understood, it is to understand his qualities & abilities.

We all know famous Mowgly of Junglebook or even Tarzan. We believe the stories that animals trained & changed them to feel , live & eat like them. So habits given since birth makes a human personality. I think same is with religion. We all are trained with religion but have we understood the roots, basics & principles of our religion while following the practices. Plz ask yourself ?

For example let us take 3 kids since birth & never reveal them their religion , infact do not train them for any religion just wait for them to turn 18 or 20 , than provide information about religion & you will see the change in them, give them a right to read, understand all religions & choose the best one they want to adopt. You may see the birth & religion may have no relevance in this experiment.

"Science without religion is lame, Religion without science is blind" rightly quoted by Einstein, we should check strongly our acts are reasonable & should be responsible towards them.

I am proud to be Indian & Hindu. I do believe in RAM & GOD but way I think about it is completely different. Jai Hind !!

Mentations

Our strengths are not in weapons we make, it is in ability to resolve problems without using them.

Gods never fought to win our mindshare, then why we fight to maintain their marketshare ?

We cannot fight gravity without strong wings & stronger legs, because we have to land somewhere at the end.

Falling in love is like bungee jumping with strings attached to your heart.

Fragile sticker on your heart, cannot stop anyone from breaking it.

Life is story, but no story makes a history without a good moral.

Work is worship, not a warship.

War cannot solve problems it can only destroy nature and it's elements.

Offer roses to your enemies, if they accept they will lose enemies and if they reject they will lose roses.

True religion is one which makes spiritual road rather than creating mental boundary.

Colors of my Passion !!

Life is full of colors
With imagination & wonders

Some dreams, some illusions
Painted in different versions

Deep strokes with lighter emotions
Dark shades in brighter reflections

All things inside me, I fetch
When paper permits to sketch

Appearing like a kiss of morning ray
Showing me the path & way

To sour high with new vision
To paint with colors of my passion !!
