What is Love ?

In the lord's home

While praying I ask

To the wise statue

Standing for a task

Explain me once

What is love ?

Is it escape

Or bending curve

Is it sacrifice

Or luxury to choose

Is it pain

Or illusion to loose

Is it bond

Or tempting distance

Is it feelings

Or mocking instance

Is it dream

Or just desire

Is it hope

Or killing fire

Is it ego

Or matter of pride

Is it journey

Or mere a ride

Is it truth

Or just a fight

Is it wait

Or just a sight

Is it trust

Or just passion

Is it will

Or just obsession

Is it test

Or just a comment

Is it patience

Or just a moment

The statue refuses to budge

And smiling it stands

When I expect it to judge

With my folded hands

In this court of faith

lives a divine power

Then why in matter of love

Nobody wants to answer ?
